Automatic Gain Control
VU-10's AGC can automatically set the amp's gain according to the incoming signal. It has two setting, "soft" and "hard".
The "soft" setting allows the amp to stay within its "sweet spot" of what it sounds best for. "Hard" setting is set to compensate for a loss of signal.
Tuner
An Eminent 120 SCT VU-10 has a built-in music tuner to assist in matching the guitar to the amp.

The leukemic cell clone of a patient with B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) is characterized by a karyotype composed of a hyperdiploid clone (88-95 chromosomes) and a hypodiploid clone (30-49 chromosomes) that are clonal, stable, and never detectable in the peripheral blood. The goal of this study was to determine whether the hyperdiploid clone could be associated with different genetic aberrations. Molecular analysis revealed a 13q14 deletion, a cytogenetic finding previously described in 10%-20% of cases. Genomic imprinting of Ig VH genes in both hyperdiploid and hypodiploid cells was demonstrated. A further characterization of B-CLL clones revealed, for the first time, that CD38 was expressed on the surface of the B-CLL clone cells. This study provides evidence that, in some cases of B-CLL, the hyperdiploid clone can express a CD38 molecule on the surface of the leukemic cells. These data suggest that the hyperdiploid clone may originate from a normal B cell by a stepwise transformation process in which CD38 is expressed on the cell surface. Moreover, the presence of a B-CLL clone with hyperdiploid and hypodiploid clones with different cytogenetic aberrations represents a new model for CLL pathogenesis.Q:
